I am writing to file a complaint about the poor customer service I experienced during my recent visit to your facility.
As soon as I walked in, the employee at the counter stared at me in an uncomfortable way until I approached. He did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I said, “Hi, how’s it going?” and he responded with, “Huh?” I then asked for information about a storage unit, and he told me to look at the examples to the left. A moment later, he got up and showed me the units, but only after seeming reluctant.
Throughout the interaction, the employee came across as rude and uninterested. His body language and tone made me feel unwelcome, as if helping me was a burden. What stood out even more was that the building was completely empty — there were no other customers at the time, so it was not a case of being busy or overwhelmed.
I found the experience disappointing and uncomfortable. I hope this issue will be addressed so that future customers are treated with more courtesy and professionalism.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I reserved a rental truck and a utility dolly online, and they placed a hold on my card for the full amount. However, when I arrived to pick up the equipment, I was informed they didn’t have any dollies available—despite the confirmed reservation. To make matters worse, the staff member at the return dock (a man with glasses) was unnecessarily rude during the interaction. Upon returning the truck, I asked for a refund for the dolly I never received. Instead, Kelly inexplicably charged my card again—first as if I had purchased the dolly outright, then again for the original transaction. I now have over $400 in pending charges for what should have been a $100 rental. This level of disorganization and poor customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location and would strongly caution others to double check everything if you choose to do business here.

Shout out to Matthew for going over and beyond in customer service and care. I previously had a poor experiences at this location......there has been great changes and He is one of them! Matthew has a positive professional attitude, a friendly demeanor, and very attentive to the customers. The store and Uhaul trucks are clean and well maintained

The Store Manager was so pleasant that day in the midst of major system troubles that interrupted her entire shift. She made my 1st ever trailer haul a success. Ms Kelly enjoys what she does, took note of what plans I had for the trailer, and cared enough to see how things went for me at drop off. I hope to see her again for every future Uhaul need.

I came to refill my propane tank and employee advised they are not filling up tanks right now. (I just saw two tanks by the refill station to be filled.) This is third time I have been to this location for some type of service whether through reservations I made (twice for the same service) and once as a walk in (propane tank refill). They told me they could not provide the service even though I set it up through a reservation or service was available and it appeared the employee just did not want to do it. Go somewhere else for your needs!!!!!! I wonder how U haul lets this place represent the company with all the bad service this location provides.

Ordered a TV box online. The website said they had it in stock at this location and I came there and they didn't have it. Waste of time and money. Got a refund and left.

They do not bother to answer their phone here. Had to call multiple times and when they finally answered they just put me on hold for over 15 minutes until I gave up. Never did answer my call in over 30 minutes of trying. My husband was in there the day before and said the employees were all just standing around doing nothing while the phone was ringing guess we will buy propane someplace else.

We needed to rent a small 10' truck to move an antique grandmother clock. While the personnel working there were very friendly, we did have an issue with the truck itself. The visor over the driver's seat was not working, and so it made driving on I-410 a little bit of a challenge. But, we have used U-Haul many times before and this is the first time we had an issue with a given truck.

The truck was not the issue. But when I turned in the truck they charged me for 15+ extra miles I did not put on this truck, they had to fix the problem but still has not reimbursed me, beware check the odometer yourself take pics before driving off !
