I had a positive experience after all and was able to secure a reliable truck for handling my heavy lifting needs. Initial check in servicing and a small invoice issue were cleared in the end-I will come back to Uhaul because I have found this company makes things right for me when I’ve had any problem.

Computer system was extremely slow. Not sure if it was operator error or the application. Had to redo my reservation multiple times before the system excepted it. Rep was polite and helpful though.
