"I ordered a perfume online, which indicated it would be ready in two hours. This is the first time I order something for same day pick up. When I arrived at the store 2
1/2 hours later The employe informed me that the order was not ready. I asked if they could cancel my order that way I could just grab and buy the perfume there . She said they couldn’t do it , that I had to do it on the app and just five minutes after I left I received a notification that my order was ready however by that time I was already home.
My whole issue is why did she not take the time to go to the back to check the status of my order, or just grabbed the cologne and check me out .

Went in a couple of days ago for the first time because I needed help covering facial sunburn for pictures, but I didn't want a full face of make-up. Amanda knew exactly what I needed and even went above and beyond to recommend other products to help my skin. My face/skin has never been so clear and soft. Amanda made me feel comfortable and very pleased.

I have always loved this location and have been going to it for YEARS now. But recently, the customer service is just not...there? A family member went in with some friends the other day and I was told one of the employees walked up to them and said "can y'all even afford anything here?". That is seriously disrespectful. I am very angered by this.
The other time, I went in later in the day and was asking about perfume. I then just stood there for another 30 mins after the woman I was talking to turned around and walked away (I really wanted to purchase a travel size perfume!). I just quietly left.
I highly recommend that this location get some sort of audit, because I have heard much of the same claims from friends, family, coworkers, etc., who attend this location.
I overheard one of the managers once being extremely disrespectful to her employee(s) which is in no way how you should be handling your store. I know it can be overwhelming and stressful as a manager, trust me, I do. But there needs to be some level or professionalism.
Just really saddened, but there are plenty of wonderful employees here, like a different woman who helped me with perfumes today, she was super kind, optimistic, helped me find the scent profile I was looking for and even showed me several perfumes in that category!
Ulta for me has always been a place to go where I can get affordable and diverse products with friendly service, just want to see some better treatment of employees and some customers at this location.

There is a WONDERFUL staff member that helped me today, her name was Kat. Kat with a ‘K’. From her warm welcome and concern for my sweat from the weather, to her ability to hand pick specific products that cater to my needs. I probably was asking for too much help but she never hesitated to assist me with a smile! She also made our interactions feel very personable, by making a joke or using a trendy reference to break any tension or anxiety I had about asking for help. Not to mention the absolute beauty and creative style she had, just a cherry on top! I’m sure everyone there was very nice, but Kat stood out to me the most!

I called 3 times and they put me on hold three times and never even picked up the phone. After 30 minutes I just hung up. Didn’t even get to speak to anyone about anything.

Well stocked! The employees helped me color match my foundation and concealer and did a perfect job! They were so sweet and clearly knew what they were doing. I always have an awesome experience here.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant experience at Ulta-Dove Creek especially services provided by Kris. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Because of her services I will visit the store again. Blessings!

If you’re returning something you purchased online make sure that they enter in your order number and keep your return receipts! Every time I make a return at this store it’s such a headache because they end up returning the wrong amount for a different order because they’re too lazy to enter the order # and just scan and return the first amount it allows them. There needs to be some serious training on the associates on processing returns!

Love my Ulta store at Dove Creek! I can always count on my beauty faves to be in stock. Shop online and pick up in store is super fast and convenient. I get my eyebrows done by Brittany at the Benefit Brow Bar monthly. She's the best. I've even had my ears pierced there. Most recently, they were most accommodating by honoring an online only promotion in store. I didn't even have to ask. I merely mentioned it, and they offered to honor it. Super friendly, helpful staff, and I've had the pleasure to interact with all levels of staff. Thank you all for always providing a wonderful shopping experience!

This review would have been a lot lower if it wasn’t for Madelin’s help. My mom was looking for a specific Bare Mineral’s eyeshadow palette for months. Today we went in and asked for 2 employees to check if they had the eyeshadow stocked in the back. 1 employee went to the back and took a while to come back and told us it wasn’t in stock. The other employee didn’t bother to check and just told us that whatever is on the floor is what they have. It seems like the employees are pushing for customers to stop coming in and just start buying products online. Luckily, we had Madelin help us at the register and she told us that she could see there was one eyeshadow palette in stock on her phone. She was super sweet and I’m glad she was able to help us!!
