Update*** Finally spoke with someone and there is no Manager by the name of Ann. So you can add liar to the list of unprofessionalism and unethical behavior!
I had the absolute worst experience ever at this location and was treated like absolute garbage. I called customer service and was told I would be receiving a call back due to the nature of my complaint and have not heard back from anyone. The employee claimed to be the manager, Ann. Her behavior was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this location and watch out for this employee who has zero filter and zero respect for paying customers! She forgets it’s because of paying, repeat customers like US she has a job! Disappointed and disgusted. Do better screening your employees Ulta! From reading all these reviews it sounds like you have a serious personnel issue at this location and it hasn’t always been this way.

Zoë was awesome! I got a total hair makeover and she was very informative about what she was doing and using on my hair. She also recommended products for aftercare. 10/10 service and I walked out with gorgeous hair! Thank you ❤️

My first time going to Ulta for a haircut I didn’t even know they did that! It was wonderful my stylist was Madison and she was so sweet and welcoming even though I was very shy.I will definitely be going back to her she did a great job with my haircut and tinsel application! 🧡 the only thing that wasn’t so nice was a hairstylist with neon green hair or yellow hair that was on the right side of us that kept complaining about her hating working there. But anyways everything else was great thanks Madison for being so welcoming to a shy one lol 😊

I had a great experience at this location a few weeks ago. The very charming and helpful associate, Lue, helped me and my friend out with picking out skin care. He was very knowledgeable, hospitable, and generous. I left with a few new things, many samples, and a great view of this store. I will definitely be back to buy some of what I sampled. Again, thank you Lue for your hard work.

I don’t know the name of the woman. It was a much older lady. She was nasty and rude at checkout. Didn’t even greet me, just asked for my phone number and THEN DIDNT HAND MY BAG TO ME, THREW IT ONTO THE COUNTER IN FRONT OF ME. She is disgusting.

I was at my local Ulta on July 24 to pick me up some goodies,I was going to ask this nice young lady about some products when (come to find out her name by other sales associates) the district manager Lori was talking to the young lady with disrespectful,rude,condescending attitude. While I was waiting for Lori to finish with young lady her attitude and smugness was down right disrespectful. Her facial expressions were disgusting. The young lady was running back and forth from the store and come to find out later she went outside to cry. I felt so horrible and ashamed on how the leadership of this company treats their employees. Ulta needs to find a better district manager with a better attitude to work for them. If this is how Ulta treats their employees, you just lost a loyal customer and respect from me.

I was extremely disappointed by what I witnessed during my recent visit. A district manager, Lori, was speaking to an employee in an incredibly rude and demeaning way, right in front of customers and other employees around. She mocked the young lady every question that was asked, and she made the most disturbing facial remarks to her as she was speaking. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional.
No matter the situation, there is absolutely no excuse for addressing staff like that in public. It showed a serious lack of leadership and respect. If this is how management treats their team, I can only imagine what the work environment must be like behind the scenes.
I hope the company takes this seriously and provides better training for their leadership. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially not in front of customers.
