Had an original appointment with Ashly at the ulta Quarry location @440 to have her call me and tell she was leaving g for the day she mentioned to move me to an earlier time and telling her I will be a little late due to traffic since I was taking an earlier appointment to find out she never communicated that info to the worker who was going to work with me so my appointment was canceled very upset so I should of just kept my original appointment now I can’t be seem until 2 weeks I could be seen sooner butI refuse to get Ashly do my appointment2 weeks out now for lack of communication on behalf of Ashly poor customer service

This is the only Ulta I've been to with CONSTANT beeping. Omg it was driving me nuts. I couldn't even focus on shopping. I just wanted to get out of there. Idk how the employees do that all day. If you're sensitive to noise like I am, avoid this location!

Employees are rude!! Walked in and no hello but, a group of older women walk-in and hi how u doing anything we can help u with. Didn’t say anything to me. Employees just walk around looking at u. ? yea I’m gonna steal the whole store!!! Seriously c’mon and then refused my coupon. Went to Sephora they had very helpful employees willing to help. Sephora more pricey but willing to spend extra$$ bcuz I get a positive experience each time at Sephora!!!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with the salon at Ulta. I went in for a color correction and not only was I not happy with the results, but my scalp was chemically burnt. While the stylist was bleaching, I mentioned that a part was burning, she said “ok we will rinse that part out in a little bit.” When the other part was burning I asked “what’s the worst that could happen?” And the stylist said something along the lines of “light irritation, nothing too bad” so I stayed calm. My scalp was extremely sensitive after toner and the drying part, I trusted that it was light irritation and went home. The next day, scalp hurt to the point of not even being able to brush my hair. The following day, my scalp was still pink and in pain. My service was on Saturday, by Monday I had formed scabs, some in the front, most of them in the back- about the size of a penny and some a little smaller the size of a dime. I decided to call to see what could be done to treat it, or what I could put in. The stylist wasn’t there, so they passed me to the manager who said I needed to come in. Upon seeing my scabs and scalp, she said “let me see what I can do” before going to the back room. Ten or so minutes later, she comes out and said she could do a partial refund. I was not looking for money back, I was looking to treat my scalp… I took it as money to buy things to treat my scalp and left. Two days later the scabs started to fall out and some were bleeding, I called the salon back and spoke to the stylist… she mentioned that there was nothing she could do and to go see a physician. She sounded annoyed, and a little dismissive. I turned to the internet to find at at-home solution because I certainly didn’t have $150 for an urgent care co-pay. We’re not even two weeks into getting my hair done and I have maybe 3 tones of color in my hair and my scalp is still itchy. This was a birthday gift to myself which took MONTHS to save for. I am not a happy camper! I am looking to fix my hair color, but of course cannot afford to fix this.

oooomg!!!My first time ever walking into an Ulta...i wear light makeup not a professional look...when i walk in i was blown away frm the smell...freaking heavy af Literally i covered my face with jacket. Man let me tell u this place is racist if u ain't white u ain't right. i can go on and on about this place...over all i felt unwelcome...not visiting this store ever again...all tho my niece did end up purchasing but not her normal spending she also was very unsatisfied!!!

Worst Ulta.Ever… they will take the phone off the hook if you’re calling the store for information.The women in there will look at you as if you’re trying to steal. I usually spend close to $100 or more every time I go here and this kind of aggressive environment is bad for business. I don’t want to come in your store and feel judged because I am dressed down on my day off work… the environment here is way off. I strongly recommend you to go somewhere else and read the reviews. It was a stressful experience for me, not to mention some lady kept staring at my son as if he was going to steal something… he is 2 and I was carrying him and watching him …. I felt watched the whole time it was uncomfortable.. there were 2 woman in there that were nice, but I wouldn’t come here if you’re looking for someone to help you. Iit’s more of a “ Get in and GET OUT” store. They treated my mom the same way. Every time she shops here. They are very judgmental. Won’t be returning to this location.

This is seriously the rudest group of staff I have ever encountered. It takes longer to check out than to browse because the staff completely ignores customers until you actually ask to be checked out, then they act like you’re inconveniencing them by trying to pay for your stuff. It’s worth the drive to go to a different location or Sephora.

I wanted to do an exchange, but the cashier named Leticia was so unpleasant. The whole time she had such a bad attitude and talked to me like I should be ashamed for wanting to make an exchange. I purchased a powder online and it was the wrong shade. This is not my regular Ulta. I usually go to the Rim location, but they told me they don’t have my shade in stock but I can go to the one on Basse Rd to switch it out. I had use my points so I had a couple of dollars off and the Rim location assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Leticia first off asked with an attitude, “Did you use it?!” I said unfortunately yes that’s how I found out it was the wrong shade. Then she proceeded to say I have to pay the difference when I explained to her what the Rim location said. She then raised her voice and said, “I can only give you a refund, it is not an even exchange, it’s not the same price!” Without even asking another person. I said calmly can I please talk to another person. Sure enough the other person was so awesome and let me do the exchange. Leticia did not apologize or anything. I did not want to make a big scene in the store, but I wanted to put my concern on here. Leticia’s customer service was horrible from start to finish and because of Leticia, I’m really glad this is not my regular Ulta. No customer should leave having rude customer service.
