I asked them to hold my mail while I waited for them to make my mailbox key. It’s been over two weeks and I still don’t have a mailbox key. On top of that, when I went to pick up my mail (from my informed delivery) they told me they weren’t aware of my mail hold request and they can’t find my mail.

I highly recommend this USPS location to anyone in search of exceptional customer service. JANET's so sweet and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her dedication to delivering excellent service, has made this branch stand out from the rest. Despite the road repairs, I would not hesitate to go the extra mile to receive such outstanding service. 5 stars to the entire team for their remarkable speed and efficiency. ??????

Absolutely worse service I have ever had by USPS. the guy working there takes matters personal and not professionally. the people at the desk were nice though and helpful. because of him and the way he treated me next time I have an option I will not choose USPS. pretty sad because I always had good things to say until today.Edit: they have gotten even worse. Mail lady still refuses to deliver my mail. After multiple complaints and incidences with her their leadership tells me (give me a chance to talk to her) it’s been over 12 times she’s refused to deliver my mail and nothing changes. She has written letters on college transcripts that I paid for that I can’t use and he has cost me valuable time by withholding mail like my son with autisms prescriptions. This place is a joke.

Attempting to contact supervisors about an employee is beyond impossible! Not even hoops! And you can't even make a complaint anonymously. You have to leave an address/email/name. I was concerned about repercussions. Waited approximately 45 minutes on the phone with no ability to speak with anyone regarding my serious concern

They continue to place my mail in the wrong mailbox. Then they tell you there is nothing they can do about it. Lets not forget that their carriers like to deliver the mail and "forget" to lock the mailboxes. The worse post office EVER!

I came to this facility in the AM hour to buy some stamps. Being a Saturday, I assumed the customer service desk would open at 9AM as ususal. Rather, at 9:08 I seen no one was going to open the doors to the front desk area and so I rang the customer service bell. I had heard some voices coming form the behind the door, workers doing something as they were make plenty of noise, without question there were employees inside the back rooms. Then I heard a voice say, "people just can't read". I then thought and looked outside the glass entryway doors. Sure enough, there were signs indeed, paper PC printed signs loosely taped to the inside of the outer doors... on the far ends of the entryway barely noticed unless you were looking for them. The printed signs stated due to Veterns Day 11/11/23 the Post Office would be closed. In this, it would have been nice if the signs were more securely taped to the actual main glass doors of the entryway so customers could notice and seen them more clearly, rather than being place away form the entryway, far off to the sides. More so, it would have been better to have placed signs inside, on the actual silver service desk doors. Better still, NICER it would have been, for the employees working inside within the back offices to have answered the customer service bell and explained why the the front desk was closed and in checking to see if the paper signs of the needed information were still up and properly placed to be seen. This location of the San Antonio Postal Service is one of the Weakest Post Offices I have ever seen. Time and time again, there have been "no" example of empolyees meeting the set standards of the U.S. Postal Service regarding customer service. The once world-wide famed of excellence in customer service within the Postal Services, in going above and beyond their duties, is NOT found here. It's no wonder why the Postal Service of America has the lowest feedback and ratings in Customer Service in recent times. The lack in hiring quality personnel over numbers is obvious at htis facility. This why more and more I, like many others I know, do business with UPS and FedEx. In time, these two companies will deliver daily mail as well... for their Customer Service highly out-ranks the U.S. Postal Department without question.

Absolutely horrible service, by Nina! Instead of offering a single piece of tape, he asked me to buy a roll of tape for one piece and bag everything separately going to the same place that came in one bag.??♀️ I’ve been to many post offices and UPS offices around the area and they’re absolutely exceptional. I would avoid this one at all cost or at least until they hire some new staff.

This post office should undergo a review by a district manager. Terrible service and terrible communication to customers.

Been waiting almost a month for them to fix our mailbox and 2330 Austin highway there's no excuse for us to have to keep coming down there checking to see if we got any mail when they need to get somebody over here and fix the mailbox.

We would like to give a shout out to the very best USPS postman! Tony has been in our development in San Antonio, Regency Park 78248, for many years. He knows everyone personally. He does his job with a smile, honesty and integrity and he is loved by many. When our delivery boxes were broken into in the middle of the night, he personally contacted people and reinforced how important it was to pick up our mail every day. If anyone knows how to reach his boss directly, please let us know. Although, as with any stellar employee, I'm sure they already know.

The service here is terrible. I moved to military on-post housing and requested keys for the mailbox in April. I was told it would be two weeks. Three weeks after that, there are still no keys. I requested again. Still no keys after two more weeks. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone; it rings for about four minutes and hangs up. I went again June 1st to be told by Mrs. Angela that a supervisor will personally come and replace the lock and leave the keys on June 2nd. Still no keys by 430 on June 2nd. Went up there to inquire about the keys, but they were closed at 5, which is not what is posted on the site. What's going on?
