I had a package that was paid for to be sent out as certified mail. It was my marriage certificate. This was done on the 28th of September and here it is the 8th of October and they are still holding my package instead of mailing it to where it’s supposed to be going.

Not sure why they even have appointments when they do not have enough employees to keep the appointments and honor them. Waiting more than 30 minutes past your appointment time is not considerate of one’s time.
