Fantastic UPS Store. The owner and two young men that I always see in the evening are beyond what customer service should be. I was not going to use a mailbox for more than a few months, but because of how amazing this UPS store staff and owner are I just renewed my contract for 5 more months.

Had a large order of things like banners, table clothes, papers, etc for a convention. Phil and the other employees helped me in every step of the process with pricing quotes, differences/pros and cons with different options, what the time table looks like, etc. When I sent them the files to print they even helped me get it to a higher quality since the email and program I used had made it a bit grainy. Awesome guys that genuinely went out of their way to help

This UPS location is always so nice, every single time I go in every single employee has the best attitude. They promptly assist everyone and they are never rude. Every single time I go in with my daughter they always offer her a sticker or some type of kid item. They are absolutely the best UPS!!! The customer service is phenomenal and the I can help attitude is always top notch. You all need to praise them and congratulate the employees there for a fantastic service every time.

Had to get a document notarized last minute. Contacted this store and they were very curious to let us know the hours. When we showed up, Jacinda help us navigate our document. It was a very long document and she was very knowledgeable and kind to help through the process. 10 out 10 experience.

Was helped right away, and even gave me more suggestions. Felt very welcomed here, had everything done online, and was even upgraded with my printing job. Loved how it came out!
