jacinda the lead. The way she assisted mei thought she was the owner . lol. At this ups store jacinda provided Excellent customer service, Super friendly, very knowledgeable , sweet & Made sure i was completely satifisfied before i left the store

I went in with my partner and had a package that was about 70+ lbs. I was greeted and serviced by heather and her customer service was amazing not only was she a small petite woman she was able to lift the package with breeze. Every UPS STORE NEEDS A HEATHER!

I recently stopped by this store to execute my father’s estate planning documents. I must say that Heather S. and Thomas G. were both outstanding. We didn’t think the process would take so long and they were both so gracious in having to stay late to get the job done! Thank you both!
