Tried to drop off a pre-paid pre-labeled package, because the store is at the hotel they have to charge a $5 service fee. That is the most absurd ripoff fee I have ever heard of! So much for convenience and hospitality

This isn't an actual normal UPS store location. It's a Hyatt resort lobby and it's a pain to park and then carry your items to the lobby. Go to a normal UPS store (the one next to the H.E.B. Plus store has super friendly employees).

Called ahead and asked when the store closes. Was told till 6 an I am welcome to drop a package. As I came to the gate at 5:20, security guard informed that store is for guests only. Called again and was told that store employees are gone for the day. What a shameful story.
