Only for resort guests, got turned away. Remove this store from google maps, or label is as such. Like MANY have said, waste of time.

What a waste of time and energy driving to this location. We were navigated here just to be turned away by Tin at the gate. Stating UPS store is for guest only. This needs to be removed from general search. Or put resort guest only. Hyatt needs to also hire more professional staff at the front gate.

Annie, the store manager, couldn’t have been more helpful! She went above and beyond to help with packages coming to the resort for a conference and helped me make sure a package was shipped out even after I had left the resort. Thank you, Annie!
