New Driver on my route never delivers to my house because door is hidden to lazy to look I understand they are new but they are also lazy so they always get delivered 2-3 days later when I always pay extra money for express deliver

Bad customer service. I have being asked to wait on delivery four different days for more than 3 hours on each day. I called the corporate office on Friday and they put the local office representative on the phone, he asked me to choose a day and a time frame, I did gave them a Monday and time frame but nobody showed up. I called and they said the drive is on his way. I waited from 9am to 11:48am and no delivery happened

Driver use to work with us on delivery.It is a storage facility, so communication is key.New drivers don't care.No support from UPS terminal.Had to rent a u-haul and get my delivery.No compensation or apologies from UPS.Go Big Brown

UPS always takes care of me and my family. I haven't had much luck with any other carriers .. especially DHL or FedEx. I would highly recommend UPS for all business use. Keep up the good work.
