Saw other reviews in the area for postal passport services and was scared because of how bad the reviews were, went downtown early morning and had a great smooth experience. They treat you how you treat them so be kind (:

Building has security much like the airport because it is also a Court House and Federal Building. People are shocked at this but the building clearly says Court House/ Post Office above the front entrance. Post Office closes at 5:00 p.m. and the building is locked at 5:45 p.m. and closed on all Federal holidays.
