“Open until 8:00pm. Great little spot to ship something off after hours. It is located inside the convenience store. There is a USPS desk within the store and they have a staff member who is able to assist you with mailing items and shipping packages. Sometimes I can't make it to the Post Office before they close at 5:00pm so, I go here because they are open until 8:00pm. Very convenient!!”

“This young guy helped me today when I went in I didnt catch his name but he had glasses short hair and black polish. There was a guy was a wait in line but as I waited I heard him greeting customers in a very polite manner and he even helped the people physically when they didn’t know what to do. I also only waited like 5 mins in line he was pretty fast.”

“This location is great and super convenient. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I wish the hours at this location were longer and/or that they would add a package drop off kiosk because I often am not able to go during the short open hours (currently 10 am-1pm). If my package is larger than 4x4 it doesn't fit in the drop chute. I think that would increase the business here as well.”

“I work in a pharmacy and have to send medication through usps. I live right by the one on Vance Jackson and drop off after work. I usually show up 2-3 minutes before closing and have always been met with smiles and kindness by the employees. I haven’t seen anyone rude to the customers and I am there almost everyday close to closing time!!”

Everyone has different experiences, but mine personally when I went to ship my package, the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Also my package shipped fast and arrived ON TIME. “This location does not have a customer service window. I know that when I ring that buzzer I am interfering with their regular job duties, and I try to be courteous and kind to the person that opens the window to help me. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.Believe me, it's not their fault that our packages sometimes don't get to us, and they would prefer that it did. Just remember that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.”

“I’ve been blessed to only need to come here to pick up mail keys when I first moved nearby and to drop off packages. Never had an issue and the people manning the desk are always nice. There’s usually a line as they are clearly not properly staffed but the people here make it work and don’t take it out on the customers. The staff has been very polite and helpful.On a side note, i have noticed that postal workers here are far more happier and better at the customer service aspect of their jobs than those in Albuquerque.You all must treat them right for them to so jovial! I went to my nearest USPS office at Valley Hi Medina drive to verify this, and the employee lady helped me stating that it was a scam. I'm Jose Martinez, and my advice is to all if you happen to get these scams either way, e-mails, or sms text. Don't open links or answer sms text, for they are up to steal your personal information.
