“Lee in the San Antonio office has been so amazing throughout my entire process!! I decided to leave Spectrum after 2 weeks because of too much miscommunication on the representative who actually started my service. After requesting to end my service, my call was transferred to Lee. He was able to walk me through promotions and get everything setup and transfer my services from my previous provider. The customer service is truly one of a kind. I experienced issues during the transfer process. After getting it taken care of, Lee said he would do a follow up call to make sure that things were still working out. He did just that! I honestly thought he would forget, but he didn't. I can say Lee is 60% of the reason why I'm still a customer, the other 40% is the price! His customer service skills need to be studied and used throughout training. He deserves so much from this company, I truly hope you guys value him as an employee! I hope he see this and know that everything he's done is so appreciated!”

The 3 gentleman in the front treated every individual kindly and swiftly assisted their needs. “I know the post office wasn't what it used to be back in the day. But this group has grown on me..... the girls up front are amazing and efficient at their jobs. Marissa the Bomb, Alex always smiling. Working long hours here can't be easy. But it does not give Antoine the right to talk to customers and snap his fingers at them. I've been visiting this post office daily for 3 years and you get a rookie that wants to give you attitude. I don't care if he's contracted or is an employee, there is never a reason to be rude. I've seen rude and I've seen threatening customers where I personally had to get involved in police reports. So I don't appreciate that an employee would treat me the same way. Someone needs to review this individual's profile or better yet the person that hired him should get retrained.

Now the couriers are a totally different issue. Our business moved and have mail ON HOLD, yet they keep sending it back. Joshua specifically has claimed mail ended going out to our old address but would come back. I arrive the following day and no mail. This happens about 3 times a week, and there is NO REASON OR EXCUSE FOR THIS. Our mail is government mail and will not be sent again. So, losing money while a courier gets paid to be allowed to make mistakes is UNACCEPTABLE.
12/30/2023- Our old office manager called me, while showing our old empty office to a potential tenant, and advised me we had a stack of mail! To my surprise, I drove to our old office, which now our mail is BOTH ON HOLD AND FORWARDED, and still courier was delivering it to the old location. What on earth does it take? Is reading even a requirement anymore? Some mail was dated November 2023. This is just awful service.”
“I chanced upon a one-of-a-kind Post Office that incorporated a floral shop. Its unconventional setting led me to question its legitimacy. Nevertheless, the clerk verified that the office was officially authorized. What struck me as unusual was that the office had reverted to accepting only cash payments. As I was mailing a Christmas gift and found myself short on cash, the clerk, embodying the Christmas spirit, graciously covered the outstanding amount. I sincerely appreciated the clerk's kind and generous actions.”

“The place on the outside looks like it abandoned , but its not. The place is fully functional. I guess it worked in my favor as I didn't have to wait long to ship my package. The postal clerk was very friendly and serviceable. Will be my go to spot, when I have to send stuff near my job.”

“Fast and friendly customer service. Long line I was in line maybe 2 minutes. Guy at the counter noticed i was looking around for a marker to write the address info on a bubble envelope and motioned over to me all while helping customers. I prefer this post office over the one by Valley High”
“I've had to visit this annex twice so far concerning packages related to my mother's passing. The staff has been very polite and helpful.On a side note, i have noticed that postal workers here are far more happier and better at the customer service aspect of their jobs than those in Albuquerque.You all must treat them right for them to so jovial! I know that when I ring that buzzer I am interfering with their regular job duties, and I try to be courteous and kind to the person that opens the window to help me. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.Believe me, it's not their fault that our packages sometimes don't get to us, and they would prefer that it did. “I was literally putting off going to do my change of address, and mail box re key cause the horror stories i have heard about this location. Three months in my new home, i made my way down to this location… and literally have never had better customer service! I waited MAYBE 5 minutes with 6 people ahead of me. BOTH employees were two gentlemen that were quick, sufficient, knew what they were doing AND SUPER FRIENDLY AND KIND! THEN to top it off, i literally got my keys to my mailbox the next day! I will forever praise this location and vouch for their super service! All post offices should be like this! The other locations I’ve been to, everyone seems miserable, and not wanting to work. Not here though 10/10 for sure. Literally two men cleared the 11 ppl and family for passports in like 10 minutes.”

But this location needs a bigger packages drop off box since they only has one smaller drop box and tends to fill up quickly during closed business hours.”
