“Friendly staff, but they are under staffed at the front, they need a self service area. This would help the lines for prepaid packages & QR codes. Ahmed is very nice & needs more staff up front helping when there are two other cashier areas vacant.”
“Lee in the San Antonio office has been so amazing throughout my entire process!! I decided to leave Spectrum after 2 weeks because of too much miscommunication on the representative who actually started my service. After requesting to end my service, my call was transferred to Lee. He was able to walk me through promotions and get everything setup and transfer my services from my previous provider. The customer service is truly one of a kind. I experienced issues during the transfer process. After getting it taken care of, Lee said he would do a follow up call to make sure that things were still working out. He did just that! I honestly thought he would forget, but he didn't. I can say Lee is 60% of the reason why I'm still a customer, the other 40% is the price! His customer service skills need to be studied and used throughout training. He deserves so much from this company, I truly hope you guys value him as an employee! I hope he see this and know that everything he's done is so appreciated!”

“I like that this location has a self service kiosk and I can mail packages almost anytime. The drop box is kinda messed up, needs to be fixed or lubricated! Hard to move.”
“Post offices always have a long line no matter where you go or what time of day it seems like. At this particular location, the staff is immensely helpful and efficient. The 3 gentleman in the front treated every individual kindly and swiftly assisted their needs. Mario specifically helped me and was patient with me after i foolishly did not have my documents together”
“LOVE our small flower shop, United States Post Office hub. I have been using this location for 25 years. Have a wonderful, friendly relationship with the owner. I am surprised by those who simply do not understand that all businesses have the right to accept whatever payment method they choose.. MOST do not realize the FEES involved with using data/credit... it is a type of hidden tax that small businesses cannot afford. OR your cost up? I am happy she only accepts cash... one day all will fully understand...”

“Great post office with great hours to the public, its simple have your stuff ready and you won't have any issues. The staff is underpaid for what they have to deal with plus peoples bad attitudes, its no wonder they talk to everybody like children and then people get offended”

“Desiree went above and beyond locating a package of mine that my apartment’s leasing center refused to be allowed to be delivered as it was too large to fit in the mail box. She was helpful in a time of panic and frustration with the situation. Only things I’d recommend to other customers is being mindful this is a busy office and hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone and hours vary which has caused some confusion in the past, so plan accordingly and don’t expect anything to be resolved last minute(which can be difficult with a work schedule) Otherwise, helpful staff and convenient location”

“I've had to visit this annex twice so far concerning packages related to my mother's passing. The staff has been very polite and helpful.On a side note, i have noticed that postal workers here are far more happier and better at the customer service aspect of their jobs than those in Albuquerque.You all must treat them right for them to so jovial! Postal workers deserve our respect. So don't forget to say 'hi' once in a while to your local postal carrier.”

“Fast and friendly customer service. Long line I was in line maybe 2 minutes. Guy at the counter noticed i was looking around for a marker to write the address info on a bubble envelope and motioned over to me all while helping customers. I prefer this post office over the one by Valley High”
“First experience on mail with held or delivered and used the online system to make a report. I talked to the manager personally and know that sometimes even mailmen to be kept an eye on in case they are the ones stealing the mail. Informed delivery showed my license was supposed to show up but didn’t only my other packages and other letter. Always make a report in person and online to make sure they don’t mess with you.”
“This location does not have a customer service window. I know that when I ring that buzzer I am interfering with their regular job duties, and I try to be courteous and kind to the person that opens the window to help me. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.Believe me, it's not their fault that our packages sometimes don't get to us, and they would prefer that it did. Just remember that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.”

“I recently moved into a new neighborhood and needed some help tracking down my mailbox keys. Aaron was incredibly kind and helpful. He called me back less than an hour later with an update and worked with my mail carrier, Kathy (who is also super sweet and awesome) to make sure I got my keys. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they both were.”
