Great place with great staff and nice been coming here for many years. BUT there are no Priority or Priority Express labels sitting out available to use….again. This is the 4th time in a row that I’ve been here and labels have not been out. Usually I wait in line to ask for one, get out of line to fill it out, then get back in line and that’s just a ridiculous waste of time. It’s currently 10:22am on a Tuesday and you’d think that they’d stock these things up at the end of the prior work day or the beginning of the next day but it really appears that no one gives a crud. There are PLENTY of flat rate envelopes but not a single mailing label to accompany them. Going to this post office for a basic transaction is so frustrating,

If I could rate less, I would. Workers there are extremely disrespectful. The individual I spoke with (has black hair but unfortunately did not get her name) was very unkind. Kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain my situation. At one she just said “have a nice day” and then gestured to the next customer. I’d like to think I was an anomaly but she did the same thing to a customer in front of me. There are only so many USPS locations but be aware if you have to visit this one.

Do not even think about making a passport appointment at this post office. They look for any excuse to cancel your appointment, and when you come back with all the required documents, they suddenly say the camera is broken or that the photocopies you brought are “not acceptable.” While I was there, they canceled two more passport appointments for other people. Very poor customer service. Those two female employees should be replaced.

If there was a no star option I’d select it this is the worst post office their ppl will not deliver the mail to the door to get a signature and this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks. They won’t answer the phone. And when you go in they down play any wrong doing like it’s a misunderstanding.

Passport clerk lady is extreamely rude and very condescending. I waited in line during my appointment window of 15 mins and when i got to her booth she said i was late and have to reschdule even though i told her i waited in line but she just dismissed me and told to reschedule and called the person behind me. I had a new appointment for today and when i went back i had minor mistake in the application form which she said i have to fill up the whole thing in new form but aparently they do not have any copies of form for me to fill and suggested to reschedule my appointment again. This woman needs to get fired. Very unprofessional and worst customer service ever

Middle-aged women working in the morning are rude. Vocal Fry.. and ignoring and rude. Can't find kindness to her. Young women are kind. For employees who don't want to work, quitting would be a good thing for customers.

Delivery guy came to deliver package & yes my delivery date was changed..I made it home in time and asked the guy if he could bring it just inside the door and he refused. I told him the other guys did it.. He just walked off.. This is a very heavy box he used a dolly for.. I barely got it in.. Very POOR Customer Service & Rude..!! Now, he knows where I live..

I had an excellent experience with customer service. The line was small, and the staff were very patient. They explained to me the cheapest way to send my mail. I also want to commend Iris, who works at the front desk. One customer was quite rude, but Iris handled the situation with professionalism and composure. She finished assisting the difficult customer very well, and I want to give her kudos for her outstanding service.

Just one star today it would have been more had I been helped properly. Apparently when the lady who gives you your change of address kit tells you to come back and they'll help you right away don't trust her especially when she goes on break. Because when I was done filling out my change of address form and waited patiently for the next available window - do you seriously think I got called ahead? Nope they asked for the next person in line even though I was there 20 minutes prior to everybody else. Negative one star for you today post office at the medical center...no bueno.

I had to stop the mail from being delivered because it was getting stolen because they couldn't lock the apartment door to my mailbox. I lost over $1500 of merchandise. Then I went to pick it up at post office after 2 weeks later they didn't know where it was. 1 week after that, still nothing. It's the worse experience I ever had.

Great customer service at this location! After a mistake on my end, Devone was able to locate my package and make sure it was delivered on the same day. Awesome team all around .
