I went in for a new passport application and had a great experience with the clerks, quick and easy as long as you're prepared and the line is not too long.

Service was quick however the employee was rude and as I went to rate her on the screen she reached over and gave herself a green smiley face before I could even have a chance to reach up & tap it myself. Poor service but I hope that other employees are better

Great customer service at this location! After a mistake on my end, Devone was able to locate my package and make sure it was delivered on the same day. Awesome team all around .
