Ol’ girl with the green bow in dark long hair and glasses is extra loud for no other reason than I can assume to embarass, scold customers when they make a mistake. She did it to several people while I was there in a long line. The postal service is too poorly run to do that, including her location.

For passport application, don’t forget to bring a copy of your ID and other documents, bc they WILL NOT make a copy for you! Apparently the $35 processing fee doesn’t cover this…

Today when I went in, the woman with dark hair and glasses was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I don’t understand why she would continue to work in customer service if she refuses to help people and is so condescending and dismissive. Absolutely ridiculous. I will avoid this location at all costs because of her, specifically.

I have my PO box at this location for the specific reason that the self serve is 24 hours. I work over night & usually check my PO box before heading to work. However, I just left & both doors are locked but the "self serve hours on the doors state that self serve hours are 24 hours. I always receive mail for other people after I've spoken to staff for the last three years. Time to go to another post office. This location is absolutely horrible.

My mail box broken and I need to pick up my mail or package sometime. Most of the male speak nicely and never hesitated to give out the service. Female worker seem to be tried with me and action pretty rude. One of them no say hi back. The young one on something and she just stood up there infront of me until you say the ward and the black one is pretty rude by action and don't wanna give out service. Sorry, nothing I can do with my mail box. The complex not seems to be fix it. My package and mail paid for the services and should not shown me these kind of attitude.

Absolutely terrible customer service for very basic questions. I felt like I was in trouble just for trying to get some clarification for a very important mailing address change and was practically shooed away. The woman at the front desk wearing clear glasses and a headband was very short with not just myself, but several customers (including a person struggling with a language barrier). It’s unfortunate that this is the closest post office available to us. Just like you, us customers are tired from a long day’s work and the last thing we need is for someone to be incredibly impatient with us when we’re trying to be kind back and just asking simple questions. Very ugly attitude and poor professionalism. I do not recommend coming here.I also need to add that this woman did not verify a single thing for my mailing address change. I assumed I needed my ID to be double checked, but it appears just anybody can go in and use your info since things don’t get verified around here! Very scary that these employees hold so much power and yet are so careless about it.

I recently submitted a change of address online and was emailed asking me to do an in-person identification verification. The email stated I just needed to bring in valid ID showing my previous ID, which I brought in but the lady working the counter told me I needed to bring my lease. I told her that it didn't mention on the email I received that I needed to present a lease but she turned me away. After calling the Post Master, he assured me that I DIDN'T need to present my Iease to do a change of address. I went back in line and told the lady this and after her Supervisor walked her through the process, she didn't even apologize to me for the inconvenience because SHE doesn't know the policies!! They hire anyone these days!!
