This is probably the worst place to apply for a passport. Appointment times seem to be more of a suggestion time for them. The man in the passport office is very rude and yells at people. He also works extremely slowly and doesn’t seem to care at all that is causing delays.

I know that most government employees have that downtrodden, almost a miserable, look; however, Janine, was excellent in assisting me today. She let me know the least expensive way to send my oversized letters and knew her craft well enough to ensure that I got the right services for what I needed. Hats off to Janine!

Very bad poor service. No manager available. Caught a Uber here to get a passport and we were turned away at 10:15. Online states the post office does passport services Saturday from 8 to 11 am. Very disappointed Several others came in behind me with no service given to them.
