They make excuses for not delivering ones mail in apartments and lie about how no accessible or secure area even though it is and lie about customers requesting ones mail to be held when no one requested ones mail to be held. That sounds like forgery and illegal plus they work for the government why are they lying and not doing their job. If they don't like walking to ones door then find a different job.

This post office can’t guarantee delivery of any packages for the last two years I’ve lived at my residence.
They’ve told me they’re unable to deviate from their process of delivering packages and must maintain their current process which allows theft of everyone’s packages…

They do NOT do Saturday walk-ins for passports, even though the official web page says they do. Tried several times to call to verify and of course never pick up the phone. They just have a sign taped to the door like ooops....sorry.

They've been losing my mail and delivering my packages to the wrong house for thr last several weeks. I want to support USPS but with this stuff happening over a long time, its not gonna happen.

I came on Saturday to process my passport because website says that walkins Saturday from 8 to 11. I was there super early to be one of the first ones and there's a papel saying no passports on Saturdays !!!!! Is it too much to update your website?????

I’ve been picking up my mail from this USPS location since our subdivision mailboxes were broken and some mail was stolen on December 29, 2024. As of July 30, 2025, the issue is still unresolved. Each visit, I wait 40–50 minutes, even with only about 10 people in line. This seems to reflect a serious inefficiency in mail distribution management. On the other hand, the outgoing mail side is fast and well-staffed, with 3–4 employees working efficiently.

this is the worst post office i’ve ever been to. no one ever answers the phones, it’s so hard to get ahold of anyone. they r constantly saying they can’t deliver my packages for various reasons, just for me to contact support and it “must’ve been a mistake”. it doesn’t help that they’re rude every time i go there.

Every time I have come here I have had great service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I know that USPS gets a bad rap typically so I want to let this location know that I appreciate them!

Takes forever due to understaffing, you can never actually get to them on the phone, you have to go in person, customer support tickets have never worked or have just been met with error on the site.
