I ordered a wallet was given a date when it will be delivered went to get my mail out the mailbox it was a key for the key box opened it no package mrs Leslie called me and said there is nothing i can do really i believe she toot it period.

I just want to say how grateful I am for the kindness and support I received at the post office today (maybe a 10-20 minute encounter). I was in such a stressful situation because I urgently needed my mail (we moved on the 1st of August)I needed bills, school stuff for my sons, car registration stuff, replacement ID and inside could be something as important and emotional as necklaces and a tiny custom urn w/ mom’s ashes I purchased several weeks ago.
Carlos and Brittany went above and beyond to help me, they literally have me in tears as I write this. They were patient, understanding, and truly compassionate in a moment when I needed it most. With how divided and hateful our country can be, they reminded me that kindness is free and there are way more amazing compassionate people, than bad ones! I am so thankful that they took time out to research my issue ( THEY DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE THESE EXTRA STEPS W/ me) and Brittany even contacted the carrier that delivers my mail in the mailbox (asking them to bring my mail in so I can pick it up tmrw on a SATURDAY & a holiday weekend!).
I am floored at the level of kindness they showed me today 🥹!Their effort and care meant so much to me, and I can’t thank them enough. People like them make all the difference, we need more people like you two in these extremely important government positions/roles. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!
Lines are short, patience is long 💚💚! Such an amazing experience!

9 people in line and 1 person working the line. 1 other employee doing passports. Disgraceful. I would give 0 stars if I could. They are lucky they are not a private business as customers would take their business elsewhere!

I don't know why there are so many negative comments. I went to get my children's passports and Mike was very kind to us and very patient. I didn't have the copies they asked for, so he kindly got them for me. It was very good service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This post office has misdelivered multiple packages of mine. It is a federal crime to tamper with mail. I will be contacting the authorities for an investigation on thus branch.

In the past year my mail has been delivered to the wrong address. A total of 8 times. These postal workers are not doing there job, and should be held responsible for there actions. I guess there post master is not getting all these complaints.

Worst Post Office in San Antonio. I would have given it ZERO stars but it wouldn't let me. I had THREE packages lost within 2 weeks, USPS confirming packages were delivered to the parcel lockers and I never received any keys In my mailbox. Also, had another package delivered to the WRONG address, luckily that person brought it to my house. Many of my neighbors also claimed they had missing mail, credit cards, checks and packages. I know it's the USPS DRIVERS that are not paying attention to the addresses they are delivering to and I can almost guarantee they are also STEALING our mail. Unfortunately, this has not been the first time this has happened in our neighborhood and non of the packages have been recovered. This is the most incompetent Post Office I have EVER delt with in my life. Please be AWARE that this could also happen to you.
