Long lines, the employees don't care and it shows

Mike from the post office if a very rude person, that has no patience for questions regarding your mail. Asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. Then he claimed that he wasn't. I'm just trying to get my mail and he made everything very difficult. Wish management can reach out to me regarding this

Worst place EVER to get a passport!!! Mike is a joke, the staff appears lazy and unmotivated. This is a far cry from the good USPS staff at my home post office.
