I would like to thank Danny for helping me he was very respectful and helpful even when I had to go back cause I picked the wrong size phone . He was still very respectful and helpful.

I went in for a phone issue and didn't receive much help. I've worked for the Verizon call center so I know how helpless this company is. Do not go to Verizon unless you want to waste time and money. But at least the rep in charge here, looked at my phone unlike Total and the corporate store. 😉

My husband and I needed to quickly replace a phone on our plan. We called this Verizon store 15 minutes before closing. Danny answered the phone. We told him that we would be there in a few minutes and exactly what we were looking for. Danny was helpful and professional from the start. We arrived and he expedited the transaction faster and more efficiently than we have ever witnessed when buying a new phone. He stayed 20 minutes past closing to complete our purchase. What an asset Danny is to Verizon!

Steve was amazing we came in the store to get new phones and he worked amazingly with us 5 hrs also while helping others too at the same time very good man and seller and truly cares to help people this man deserves a raise couldn’t believe how generous and caring he is.

Came in to see if we could get some help with my partners phone. First of all they were supposed to be open at 9AM, we arrived at 9:10 and the doors were still locked. It took some time to get someone to come to the door
The employee was not helpful at all and was pushing us to get a newer version of the current phone we brought in to have him take a look at. We wanted to see if there was insurance on the plan. But he kept skirting the question, finally I ask straight up, yes or no, and he says no. Told us to either get it fixed or get a new one. Extremely unhelpful and passive, as if he doesn't rely on his phone for pretty much everything just like the rest of the world. How about trying to troubleshoot the phone or something to that extent, I know every time I've gone to T-Mobile (my carrier) they've tried to do a few things at minimum.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! This team set up my account wrong, causing my first bill to be more than double what we expected. Furthermore, they cannot help fix it even when I spoke with exact Same salesperson Aaron who set up our account, failed to set up autopay and the discounts they offered, misled us about the credit applied to the purchase of a new phone, added device protection when we declined it.Then, after 2 calls the customer service line, they cannot verify the down payment we made at the time of signing because the store uses different soft ware that they cannot access. The local store for some reason is incapable of emailing or sending a copy or image of the receipt, and I was told I must come in to get it in person. So I did, but after a long wait they needed to get a lot of information, check my ID, and then decided I couldn’t get a receipt because I did not have admin privelages in the account. What a circus. These salespeople are incapable of helping, even when they created the mess. I recently learned a term which applies here: WEAPONIZED INCOMPETENCE.I don’t know what their set-up is, but they look like a Verizon store but they are really some other company called CellularSales, and it looks to me like they are not liable to Verizon’s standards, and Verizon cannot help me with my problems with them

I visited this store at 5:30pm on a weekday. There was 1 person to help customersTHERE WAS 1 PERSON TO HELP CUSTOMERS.The man who helped me was great, but I felt bad for the people waiting patiently for assistanceOUTRAGEOUS.IS THIS STAFFING LEVEL TYPICAL FOR VERIZON?IS VERIZON IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE?

Would not recommend. The manager - Louie - & his team were entirely unhelpful. Based on my experience at their store, this is the final straw & my family of 6 phones will be dropping Verizon.
