June 22nd 2024 was promised a $200 Home Depot after 60 days of purchasing home Internet.
It's now November of 2024, they have done the escalation form 4 times and each time whether it's cs or manager they'll tell u the escalation form was not done correctly and resubmit it, it's complete lies! Still no gift card.
Shame on you Verizon.

Went in there to make a cash payment. The service rep was nice. I was concerned about my security on the phone. She suggested a second number on my phone which was free for 30 days and $10 a month after that. I said that was fine and added Walmart plus membership. A couple of days later I went to
another Verizon store and my phone showed low battery and find my phone feature. They used a super charger and it worked fine. The customer rep was really nice and extremely helpful. I go to look
at my bill and see 77 and some change on my bill. Apparently the other store added my extra phone number as a new line Needless to say I was highly annoyed. I was on the phone with a customer rep who told me I had a free upgrade. I decided to go for it and my free phone was going to cost over $100 dollars just like it was going to cost in the store. I left the store bc I was being offered a free phone with the rep. Well it was not free and I had to pay right then. I said I have $8 in my purse and was heading to the Dollar store. I told him to cancel it but was told eventually that I could have the activation fee waived and the tax of $54 would be billed on my account. When I go back to look in my phone I see that Disney Bundle and 100 hot spot was added. I talked to a supervisor and I was really upset about the security on my phone. She said she would cancel them but still could enjoy Disney. I said my son has Disney and why would I sign into something that I did not order. Needless to say I was not happy. I spoke to a higher up rep who was great. She told me that my phone was not hacked into. The customer service rep that I had talked to added these to perks that I did not ask for and definitely was not going to pay for. She told me he should have been transparent with me. She helped me out a lot and needless to say I returned the new phone back to the other store and was told I would be charged a $50 restocking fee and I just laughed and said you can charge me whatever you want bc I’m not paying it Thank god for Marisol bc she straightened out my account and assured me my account was safe and I actually felt for the first time in over 2 weeks that my account was secure. I want to thank Marisol bc she put my mind at ease and got rid of all the ridiculous charges that were put on my account. When you are offered a new free upgrade just be aware it is not free and you will be expected to pay immediately.

I had trouble ordering the phone online I don’t recommend doing that. Order was canceled due to proof of address which was dumb. So I went to an indirect store they couldn’t help me so I went to this corporate location and I was provided great customer service by Amy. She was very helpful got the job done and the phone I wanted if you go here look for her. Thank you again Amy

Manager chewy told me today because it was launch day of the new iPhone he could not help me with my account , told him with my work schedule I was not able to come back when he wanted even after I drive 25 miles to the store he would not help me and told he he did not have time for me, mind you 3 people were in the store and about 8 reps in store ,last I check we pay Verizon to be here for us and not work around there schedule but ours, this is not over i will take this higher and let people know how bad u get treated at this store

We came in Verizon to get an upgrade on my wife's phone. We were helped by Andrew which was very help. He took his time and updated and transferred her phone.

LOVE this location and specifically the three employees I worked with. Crystal, Eva & the manager Rolando. We showed up 30 minutes before close and they assisted until 30 minutes after close, never rushed us, did EVERYTHING to assist and satisfy our needs. It got to the point where we were the ones who had to wait til the next day but their professionalism, kindness, patience and personality towards fixing the problem was A1. They rode it through with us and considering I have been with them for 4 years, they’re the reason I am happy to stay.

To anybody that reads this post I highly recommend that you do not choose Verizon wireless for cell phone company on January 26 of 2023. I ordered an iPhone 13 pro with one line active, I paid $72.00. I was promised to receive my phone on 28 January 2023. I did NOT receive my phone till January 8 of 2024. NO updates nor notification from Verizon Wireless about my package delay. I went to a Verizon wireless location and was told that since the order was placed online, only a corporate store could help me. I went to a corporate store and they couldn’t help me. They told me I would just have to wait. I left empty-handed mind blown about how poorly their customer service was. I’ve paid 372.00 dollars in all since then February 21 2024 I’m paying for poor Internet, slow data, cellular calls and poor customer service, especially poor customer service
