I cannot say enough about the customer service at this location! My husband and I came in just wanting to upgrade our phones to the newest model and luckily this store had them in stock (seriously, a shocker). We were helped IMMEDIATELY by Armando and got our upgrades squared away. That checkout process was quick and painless. We both had an issue where our current phones weren’t backing up correctly and transferring to the new phone. Jesus stepped in to help us as well and they both worked really hard to make sure we were set with our new phones. There were a lot of issues with getting everything transferred over but I am SO happy we were set up with these two because they were extremely patient, accommodating, knowledgable, and super pleasant to work with. Even the managers were checking in to make sure the process went smoothly, which I appreciated. We finally got them working thank goodness, but we would be at a loss if not for the amazing folks here.5 stars and nothing less!!

We were greeted and welcomed with a great attitude even though we arrived at about 3 minutes before closing time. Jesus took his time and was very knowledgeable on the Gizmo watch that we were there to purchase for our son. We were there past their closing time and Jesus took his time going over all the features and helped us get all set up. As parents to a high school student with Autism, we definitely recommend the Gizmo watch! Peace of mind for the parents and a little independence for your kid. The SW Verizon Team will surely help you out!

Great service. Everyone was great very attentive. Added a new apple phone to our plan. Taralee was awesome, answered all our questions and very polite. Not the closest verizon store near us but we travel the extra miles to this location. The service is worth it. Thanks again.

I’ve been to this location three times and all three times I haven’t received good service; they require you make an appointment because there’s three clients in line. They gave me the wrong payoff information for one of my lines, now they want to tack on an additional fee of $30 to activate my cell and transfer my info, and they didn’t give me the upgrade promotion I was offered. I tried to sound petty and said I would go to Best Buy instead and the clerks response was ok. Now it’s funny to me, but if you need good customer service don’t come here.

Long line all for them to tell me they only sell new phones and can’t help with any issues on your current phone. I would recommend going with a different provider.

Hopefully, you're lucky enough to get Jesus Martinez, we came in to discuss the possibility of getting a new phone but not wanting our bill to be crazy. We have been Verizon customers since their "Primeco" days and had an older plan that was grandfathered in. Jesus worked diligently to get us 2 new S23 Ultras and update our plan to where we are only paying $11 dollars more than our usual monthly payment. Jesus was very patient, and yes, it took a few hours, but I feel it was worth the wait. I see the one star reviews about this location but seriously we walked in at 1 pm on a week day and left at 3:15 pm, knowing that the store is packed after 5 pm and on weekends make it a point to go to that store when it's not crazy.Thank you, Jesus!!

I have been here over an hour, due to my bill being more than double one months bill. I had an agent (back in November) here at the store that on her mistake, put that I traded in a device, I never once put that I was trading in a device. I came in last month to pay my bill and then another agent stated I had a credit. I asked him are you sure he logged into my account and showed me I had a credit. So I’m thinking maybe I over paid. I had just got a new phone the month prior and paid an amount that day so I was thinking it had something to do with that. Now this month I have about a 470 something dollar bill when my bill is usually 190.00 a month and they are stating that that’s my bill. I did not make the mistake my account was looked into twice. Now they are saying due to the agent back in November putting on my account, I was trading in a device I have to pay for her mistake all in one lump sum. I don’t mind paying what I owe, but you just hit me with it all of the other person mistake, without a notification. If I could give zero stars I would. This store looked into my account twice and missed that. Horrible. Then they tell me no worries we’re going to coach the individual. I’m not worried about the coaching, I’m worried about having to pay that lump sum that is more than double my bill. Ridiculous.

Save yourself the head ache, the time, the money. This place should be SHUT DOWN. Since the FIRST encounter with these idiots, everything has gone wrong…the lady who set us up, claimed she knew what she was doing and didn’t know Jack, she never even return phone calls or helped us out because of her screw up. The next guy, just as bad. They don’t help you with anything, claim they did and send you on your way. The bill is NOT what they say it is, even by a long shot and not once had our bill been right, or even the same. Everything about this store and Verizon as a whole is so messws up and no one can fix anything. SAVE YOURSELF HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE TODAY AND SINCE DAY ONE!
