Appreciate the work and knowledge of the people at the Bandera Verizon store especially Matthew. He provided great explanations of my new phone and phone plan and help fix a problem when my monthly charges were not correct. Great working with all.

I'm a Verizon customer as well as a door to door sales rep and I tell you even though it might be construed as biased the people at Verizon know how to take care of their people plus it was nice talking to people who know what I go through on a day to day basis. Though sales for them are easier because they have people coming to them it's still nice to compare

Went to the Verizon store in hopes of getting internet 12/6/23. I WAS ABLE to do just that. Marc Sanchez was OVER THE TOP.... understanding, considerate, BEYOND patient. Did EVERYTHING possible to make sure I didn't leave emptied handed. Kept me calm when I was getting frustrated. Toughed it out with me while I had to make various phone calls etc. He is a all around GREAT PERSON... Verizon will be sorry if they ever lost him. I will definitely refer future business his way. I never got to say that about any salesman I have ever met.

Went to this location and saw one employee every busy vaping and the other watching football match. Upon entering, the Verizon rep greeted us with lack of confidence because we showed up at 7:30 PM. I asked him about the back order and he clearly said we have cancelled the order and we have to now go to the co-operate office to buy any iPhones from Verizon and he can't pull my info. So unprofessional in handling the situation that's what I felt and without any questions we left. Honestly, they just do not care about customers. I hope all employee in this location are not the same.

Went to "11745 I-10 Ste 125, San Antonio, TX 78230" store on 20 Oct (3:22 pm) to get a new phone -- Verizon rep was rude and ignored answering my questions. Decided to leave -- recommend Verizon find someone who treats customers with respect and represents the stores values towards customers.

Went in for two concerns. Elijah was extremely helpful and got my concerns addressed promptly and professionally. He went above and beyond by providing me a box to send my device off. Great customer service, thank you!

I was told I’d be getting a $1000 Trade in credit. My phone was fairly new and my bill is only reflecting $219 dollars not what I was promised. In addition to that this location has very poor customer service. If you have other choices go elsewhere

In my experience, this place is great, but it'd be better if they'd hire me to work there.

Store was well stocked. The employees were very helpful. Great job helping my wife with a new product. Handicap accessibility is not the best, but the store can be accessed.

I recently visited Verizon (5/23/23 10-11am) with the intention of upgrading my phone from the S21 Ultra to the S23 Ultra. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a complete letdown. The gentleman who assisted me made several false promises, leading to a frustrating and regrettable situation.Firstly, he enticed me with the prospect of an $800 credit if I switched my phone plan to their new offering, which required me to pay for their Disney bundle. Alternatively, if I stayed on my current plan that included the Disney bundle for free, I would only receive a $440 credit. Believing this to be a great opportunity, I made the switch to the new plan. However, upon returning home, I discovered that not only was I now being charged for the Disney bundle, Google play and Walmart+ (which I never asked for) ,but I also never received the promised $800 credit. To make matters worse, when I contacted Verizon directly to rectify the situation, their representatives informed me that the method employed by the gentleman at the store was invalid and would never have worked in the first place. I felt utterly deceived and misled. In addition to the financial disappointment, the switch to the new plan actually proved to be more expensive for me in the long run. With the additional $15 per month for the Disney bundle and Google Play, and the 36-month commitment for the $800 credit, it became apparent that sticking to my original plan and receiving the $440 credit would have been the more sensible choice. To compound my dissatisfaction, the representative also made unauthorized changes to my account by moving my second line to a cheaper plan that does not include 5G Ultra Wideband. This alteration was carried out without my consent or knowledge, highlighting a complete disregard for customer preferences and needs.Furthermore, the representative incorrectly installed my screen protector, resulting in a persistent and unsightly oil splotch that impairs my phone usage experience. It is disheartening to think that such basic installation procedures were mishandled, leaving me with a damaged screen protector that I must now replace at my own expense.Overall, my experience at Verizon was truly disappointing. The misleading offers, the failure to deliver on promised credits, the higher costs incurred due to the new plan, the unauthorized changes to my account, and the subpar screen protector installation all contribute to my profound dissatisfaction. I expected better service, transparency, and professionalism from a company of Verizon's stature. Regrettably, my encounter with their representative fell far below these standards. I cannot recommend Verizon based on my experience, and I strongly advise others to approach their offers and services with caution.

Said iPhone 14 was 1000, but charged 1010. I upgraded iPhone 12 to iPhone 14. Was told $400 promotion but guess what I trusted them. ProMotion entered was $5 Motorola that I never even used. Went back to get an updated receipt.m, and the manager and James (sales associate) were rude and asked me to leave the premises. Called Leon valley police department and filed a case. Called Verizon reporting fraud. Be very careful, these guys will defraud you if you dont pay attention. Rico sale associate never even entered my promotion of iPhone 12 return. He said I had Motorola for $5. I am reporting this to appropriate authorities with recipes that says inappropriate info to the authorities. Feel free to contact me for detail. Please go elsewhere. These are scammers and if you catch them they will give you a headache or else if you don't catch them they take your money. Stay away from James and Rico sale associates. They tried to defend themselves and tell me how finance works. Rico said why I am making a fuss out of extra $10; too bad these guys will always stay sales associate making minimum wage starving for life. I wish people like these dishonest and unprofessional lose their jobs. Will officially fine against James who gave me his writing.
