Best experience pharmacy technician went above and beyond for exceptional customer service. More people like her should be recognized for good patient care. This is the fourth time that I come to pick up a prescription during pharmacy operation hours and the pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist did not come to work or is just not punctual. There needs to be accountability.
