“This place did an absolutely amazing job. I went to them because they had such good reviews, and they did not disappoint.
They scheduled me in quickly. When I arrived, Erica was very friendly and straight to the point. She showed me exactly what they would need to do. She advised me how they could address damage from two claims at the same time. They also contacted enterprise and had my rental company come and pick me up.
My vehicle was done earlier than expected by at least a few days. I wasn’t going to be able to come and get it due to my work schedule. The shop offered and sent someone out same day to deliver my vehicle, and take my rental back to enterprise for me. I was able to pay my deductible direct to the person who dropped off my car which was also very convenient. It’s also worth mentioning I don’t live super close to this shop and they drove my car 30 mins (one way) to bring it to me.
My car looks better on the side they fixed then on the other side now. They managed to get price matches on OEM prices from Toyota so that my insurance could cover the repair in full with OEM parts. They really went above and beyond.
Overall I would tell everyone this is the place to go. Talk to Erica and she will 1000% take care of you.”

“I recently got new rims & tires from a different RAW store. Amongst other issues, their TPMS machine wasn’t working & they didn’t balance my tires so I went to this location off Naco. Mike immediately was very polite & helpful. No questions asked, he reset my sensors & was able to fit us in later that same day to balance the tires. “We got a flat tire so we came to Hernandez Tire shop which was the nearest open tire shop. It was 7:35pm, 25 minutes before close and Maurice gladly helped us. He showed us the hole in the tire and informed us that patching it would be temporary at best and recommended a new or used tire for replacement. He went out of his way to try to find a matching tire but ultimately went with the patch. I would 10/10 recommend anyone looking to get tire service. Like I said we went right before close and were met with great service and willingness to help. Ask for Maurice during your visit!”
“Great family owned and operated business. Friendly fast service, gave me a free suspension diagnosis along w/military discount (Army Vet), completed all repairs (tie rods, control bars, cv axles, new tires) in less than half a day. Great financing options
During alignment they identified a previously unknown frame issue I have and helped diagnose and even waived the alignment fee.
Will be returning to them for all my auto needs”

“This shop came highly recommended when I was in a bit of a bind with my rim being cracked. They took my car in the same day I called and repaired the crack. I had a small leak coming thru the same rim a few weeks later and without hesitation they took it right back in to examine it and repair it further so it’s back to good again. I went for a tire pressure check and he let me know that he didn’t like me driving on the front tire that I had. He offered to help me with the tire and didn’t want me driving on it because it appeared unsafe.
His awesome selling tactics worked because I left with two new tires after just wanting a tire pressure check. He was professional, nice, kind, and personable. We need more people like David.
He even turned down my Gatorade Zero!

“One of the great things about doing business with Discount Tire is that your warranty is good at any location. I know zero about cars, just that it drives or doesn't. Thankfully I have people like Discount Tire that can look after my car even when I am out of town. When I was driving through San Antonio from Dallas I noticed that my car didn't seem to be driving correctly, so I stopped in to this location for some peace of mind that it was safe to drive. It turned out that one of my tires had a serious issue, and they were not only able to quickly resolve the issue, they were courteous, very forthcoming by showing me the issue, and actually had me back on the road an hour faster than anticipated. That is customer service! On a 100 degree day, the cold water in the fridge was also a nice touch. Thanks so much for your help and speedy service!”

I was crying hysterically cause I couldn’t afford a tired , I didn’t want to get another credit card, a kid by the name of Ryan came to my car listened to my concerns and he told me he would take care of me today. “i spent four hours in discount tire waiting for a delivery of tires specific to my vehicle. once the tires arrived, i was out in 30 minutes. was not happy about the wait time for the tire delivery. completely unacceptable. the service was top notch. discount tire should have options to expedite delivery. it's like the delivery driver went to every other dt before finally dropping off my tires. the box truck was empty save for my two tires and another pair of tires.”
