“I’ve never personally had a vehicle serviced on there, but we do a lot of work with them rekeying and rebuilding ignitions and door locks they bring in all the time, and they always answer the phone and are very prompt on picking parts back up from us, so I’d assume that will carry over to the quality of work they do in shop. Employees are very nice when I speak to them in person and over the phone.”

“So this happened today. I was driving home from work and while driving I literally thought the frame of my car was going to break in half!!! I stopped at a tire shop to make sure my tires were okay. They inspected my tires and said everything was fine and I was safe to drive. ? Well I drove to my mechanic and as soon as I drove up, my mechanic said you've got something in your tire I heard it when you drove up. Sure enough this is what was in my tire!!! This big bolt made my car feel like my car was going to split in two while driving. I got my tire fixed and now my car drives smooth again. All this construction in San Antonio cheese and rice!!! That thing is gigantic!!! I feel so blessed to have a great mechanic who is honest and trustworthy!!! Thank God I didn't get stranded with a flat tire. God is good!!!???”

“As I was leaving work I noticed a huge bubble in my tire,so I immediately drove to discount tire. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed. I received wonderful service. I wasn't expecting to but tires, and was apprehensive. The gentleman I talked to told me he didn't feel comfortable with me driving home with my tire like that because it could cause a blow out, so he gave me a great deal on some new tires. They put them on very quickly. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured to buy anything.”

“I was in San Antonio today on business, after I picked up my daughter and son in law to go to the meeting I noticed that my vehicle was letting me know that I had a low tire. So I right away found a discount tire and after waiting for about 20 minutes they told me they couldn’t fix it because the hole was larger than a small nail, what a waste of time. My daughter told me about another place so we drove over there. Viramontes tire shop was amazing, had me back on the road in about 15 minutes.”

They are so nice, no matter how many people are in line or how hot or cold it is outside. They always take their time to explain to me what's wrong or right. I never feel like I am getting taken advantage of here. They give me recommendations but do not push at all. The are quick, efficient and friendly.
