Calvin greeted me with a full warm smile, eye contact and a firm “neutral” handshake. (Thumb up and pinky down or vertical. This handshake demonstrates, “I consider you an equal”.)
Calvin asked for my service need. I had a “16-penny” nail in my truck tire. Calvin scanned the tread depth on all tires, a safety check, and verified the vehicle mileage.
Calvin got my vehicle completed quickly and even had the air pressure corrected in all of the tires.
Calvin, during a completion update, shared a little time discussing the automotive business in general.
Is a brief chat with a customer important?

“I just had to come here to praise how hard David at this location is working. He helped me so much today.
I went for a tire pressure check and he let me know that he didn’t like me driving on the front tire that I had. He offered to help me with the tire and didn’t want me driving on it because it appeared unsafe.
His awesome selling tactics worked because I left with two new tires after just wanting a tire pressure check. He was professional, nice, kind, and personable. We need more people like David.
He even turned down my Gatorade Zero!

“These guys are amazing!!!!!!!! I stopped to get my annual DOT done on the tractor, they got me right in and out in record time. By saying don't think they weren't efficient, because they were. The tech/ mechanic (Micheal) even put hose dividers on because he saw my air hoses showed signs of rubbing. They are very professional and friendly ( Kirsten in the front)

“I had a blowout tire that I had to get replaced—Thankfully I purchased the warranty when I first purchased my tires cause I was advised that another of my tires needed to be replaced as well.
Blake helped me out and was very knowledgeable and thorough with all of the information he gave me, and advising me of the perks of getting the warranty on the 2 new tires as well (which was only $35).
I was immediately welcomed and greeted upon entering the store, and everybody who works here (I personally saw James, Jarin and Devin in the store) genuinely seem like they love their jobs, and love helping their customers.”
