We made a complaint to Micheal about the situation and he handled the promblem so amazing !! And made me feel comfortable and welcomed after everything that had happened in the beginning. He went above and beyond as a manager and as a person in general, I will be returning just because of his kindness. “I love the store, however they need to straighten items s bit more. Lots of merchandise draping onto flooring areas makes it difficult to walk comfortably for fear of tripping. It appears that they are understaffed as so many items are mixed in with wrong sizes as tops(Mexican blouses) are concerned! Needs little better order. Other than that it's a great store! I have been coming here for years ever since moving back to San Antonio, and always when I’m looking for an “event” piece that I know I will love and will add that *pop*.
