Must admit we had some trouble but my hat goes off to JoAnna customer rep. who assisted in me leaving that place a happy camper. Her persistent efforts on helping you out is one of a kind. She could have easily give up and tell me there was nothing she could do to help me and just come another day to speak with the manager but SHE DIDN'T!
