“I know everyone has problems and bad days but when I worked at Autozone I left my problems at home. Because I knew it was stressful enough to customers to shop for parts and try to get their cars fixed. That being said I sent my customer to get his brake pads for his truck from Autozone because I trusted they would treat him with respect and good customer service. Unfortunately Raul was extremely rude and disrespectful. He wanted to send him to Lee Trevino because my comercial account was there with Chris. He said he was going to help him this time and but only this time. Only because my customer was resistant and saying he knew we had the warranty at Autozone. I used to work at autozone for a long time. It is painful to see how customer service is no longer a priority for Autozone. If I would of known this was going to happen I would of gone to Lee Trevino myself because Chris always treats us with respect and like a real person. What a shame! I hope this review helps you correct the problem of why we sometimes go to Oreillys or other parts stores. I will also write a review the store on google so others know to keep away from this horrible store.
Update: the store Manager Luis called me and we figured this whole deal out. He apologized and I gave them another chance. This has now become my go to store for vehicle needs. Thanks for your support and help. It goes to show Customer service goes a long way.”
