“Roy and his son Sean are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met at an auto repair shop. I’ve been to the BMW dealership several times and never had a proper conversation with any of the service advisors and was to the point of driving to Tucson or Abq for my car services after my most recent visit. At Borderland Euro, Roy listened and made me feel like he cares. They are both extremely knowledgeable about German cars. Sean took care of my X3 and they have earned a customer for life. “My daughter and I were Enroute from Tucson, Az to Florida & the service engine light comes on. We stopped at A Truck Stop and googled repair places (At 5pm). We called Almanzas Auto said we could drive over to their shop 4 miles away. Completely at his mercy, he could have sold us on any repair. We were in the middle of nowhere. The mechanic ran a full diagnostic, printed out an engine diagram and explained the misfire scenario. He spent 45 minutes with us and would take no money. I’ve never seen such service- what an asset not just to the community but to any motorists who run into a problem on I-10. We are so grateful for his knowledge, kindness and honesty.”

“They were great when I need to get my O2 Sensors replaced. I have 4 kids and they were kind enough to bring my truck to me. That way I didn't have to walk back with my kids so I could return to the shop and finish paying for the service. I thought that was very kind. So far we have taken our vehicle to them for any service that we need unless they aren't able to do it.”

“AMAZING. Found the only honest mechanic in town. Brought my Nissan with a CVT tranny for repair. 5 other shops said I needed a new transmission, cost anywhere between 1200 to 3000 dollars. Raul, the owner of the shop took his time explaining the options and how we have to start with diagnostics and open the transmission up first, before we know anything. Turns out it just needed new fluid, replace filters and cleaning. Not a new transmission. Raul is very honest and he and his mechanics get the job done fast. He is incredibly reasonable in his pricing and works with you. He really wants to help you and not rob you for all you have. I even went back to his shop for replacement of motor mounts. You can’t find a more honest shop than Caltrans. Thank you Raul!!?”
