Only bad thing is when people park in the pumps but don't use them to pump gas! They either go to the pizza place or just go in to the lil restaurant inside! So u have to wait until someone leaves to actually pump gas!”

“I really love and appreciate this station for a multitude of reasons. 1: l because generally within my rural and the general metro area, this station usually has the best priced gas besides from a competitor a few miles up from here. 2: the store is generally well kept and clean. 3: it doesn't matter what hour or shift you arrive at the staff is always friendly and nice and greets you with a smile! All of this on top of the easy coin discounting service and drink discounts makes this my go-to DK Alon.”

“I had a complaint and i dont know where else i could report it since the people I wanted to complaint about were at the store and i was not trying to cause a scene.I went late at night, to be exact my receipt reads 11:04:27 pm est.I came to purchase water for my son and household and i was assisted by a pink short hair young woman named selena P.I asked mrs.p if she had any cleaner packages maybe on the back and if they didnt it was fine.To which she responded we do notI added to my request after this "oh okay reason i ask its because theyre for my baby"She then responded "if you dont want them you can go somewhere else" i said walmart is closed so thats why im here and she still proactively answered; "go to walgreens or across the street" walgreens is closed by this time.My simple request turned out to be a big deal for her when she couldve just not responded anything or like any person who works with people perhaps a "im sorry but we only have those"Im not the type of person to write bad about people or complaint.I just felt bad for being in the store or made me feel like i was being belittled.I dont think she is capable of working there if she tells her customers to go somewhere else to make a purchase, and if she is maybe some better terms couldve been used in place of her sassy attitude and tell me to go buy somewhere else if i dont want them.I did not cause a scene, i purchased them because like i said before that if there were no cleaner packages it was fine.It was the unnecessary way of telling me these things and in a manner that showed poor customer service.She was young, no older than 20No younger than 18.Women at this age already are rationalThis was not a rational response nor necessaryI got a call from the general manager 2 days later, about this incidentHe let me know it was getting looked at and I greatly appreciate him following up to get the proper training for those that need it, updated my review to 4 starts because i believe the situation was addressed properly”
