“Came in with an issue i was having with the replacement of my phone .Was greeted by two young ladies that did not know how to help me resolve my problem. Decided to come back the following day and was helped by a gentleman named Charlie with excellent customer service skills. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything, and answered all our questions , helped me resolve the problem I was having. Thank you Charlie for all your help!”

“I want to thank David C. from this location for the wonderful customer service! I’ve had the worst experience with an ongoing backend issue with my line, that no one in customer service has been able to figure out (3 tickets submitted & nothing). It was very frustrating, but David explained options, plans and went out of his way to call customer service while I was in the store, and after research they were able to assist. The staff in the store was also super friendly and had great interactions with everyone in the store, I was very impressed. I will never shop at another T-Mobile location, this team was the best!!! I highly recommend them! ???
I will also add that in a previous visit Mykel and David H. were super friendly, apologetic and tried to assist with my ongoing issue. I will say again that the entire staff that was in the store when I visited on 6.27 were great!”
