But I want to say that this place is very good as they have good customer service and is a trustworthy place.
I came in with a flat tire and I had to switch it for a new one that cost me about $80 bucks but I didn't have enough money I just have $60 but the gentleman there was skeptical at first but he allowed me to do it in two payments.
The first one I paid it with my $60 bucks that I had and the next morning when I had gotten paid I pay for the other $20 and $4 to get rid of my old tire, so I would recommend this place!”

“I came in for an alignment and found out my truck needed a new drag link and tie rod. Andre, the technician, did an outstanding job. He performed a thorough inspection, replaced the parts, and even checked my front wheel bearings and leaf spring bushings to make sure there weren’t any other issues. His attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism gave me complete confidence that my truck was repaired correctly.
I also want to give a huge thank you to Jesecca, my service writer. She stepped in, got my truck into the shop as quickly as possible, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right after a rough start. Her communication and customer service were exceptional, and she completely turned my experience around.
My only disappointment was with Edgar. He told me it would be 3–4 hours before my truck could get into the shop and said he would call me, but he never did. He also didn’t let Jesecca know I had been waiting, which resulted in me waiting about 6 hours before my truck was finally brought in.
Despite that, Andre and Jesecca provided outstanding service and are a tremendous asset to Southern Tire Mart in El Paso Tx. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and my truck!”
