Full Service, Sales and Rentals of Golf Carts has a very nice billing woman who immediately refunded parts and work that were not done. The owner assured an honest mistake and made the right refund, including half the cost of parts, repairs, battery and install. People experience excellent customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff leading the right golf cart choice. The businesses are short staffed but changes are hoped to be made. Many people appreciate the honest service after dishonest and the owner to make right.
I’m very happy that Mark came by today & picked up my golf cart. We had trouble getting the car into neutral to move it at first. Finally after his patience and trouble shooting we managed to get it outta here for transport. I look forward to getting it back repaired & ready for the season. Thanks again Mark!
