“I woke up to a flat and had to buy new tires, was advised I needed an alignment. Called Quick Align / Big E’s and was advised they stop doing alignments at 4pm. After explaining that I work in Austin and don’t get back into San Marcos until after 4pm they talked to the tech and accommodated me today. “We hooked up the trailer, Tag to an out-of-town job site, and trailer brakes were locked up! We couldn't drive a foot. We were due to be at a job site in Missouri in less than 24 hours and needed to get out of town, but safely with trailer brakes on our trailer. We called Aaron and the service department and he gave us excellent customer service. They were able to check out our trailer much more quickly than expected, and get us back on the road to our job site in Missouri. Definitely recommend Aaron in the service department for a raise! That guy is top-notch.”

“Recently my check engine light came on and my car started having a serious drop in power/acceleration. Like an idiot I had been getting my car serviced only at the dealership since I got it. What a waste of money. I have over 100,000 miles on it now. The dealership and most other shops said it would be at least 4 days before they could even look at it and their prices were ridiculous. Based on the reviews I called All Makes and they could get me right in. They diagnosed it as a bad knock sensor, had it fixed within a day and a half and for $267! Car is running great again. Customer service was great, even warranty their work. They've definitely earned a new customer!”

My daughter, a student at TXST, hit a deer last night. I drove to SanMo to take her car in for a damage assessment. Through a recommendation I was at Ernie’s at 8 am. when they opened. They were professional, prompt and very helpful in fixing the light cosmetic damages on the spot. Thank you so much for easing this mommas mind and pocketbook. I was willing to pay about $70-100 for the work, as quoted in the beginning, but in the end they did it pro-bono and refused to take my money. Again thank you thank you thank you.

Only issue was that there was no enough space to park 53'trailer, so they can check my trucks alternator issue and whay he is having issues with dashboard power... I apologize not showing up becouse of drivers ignorance but grateful for giving me hope that out there is a shop that cares...”
