“by 8 a.m. there were already two cars in front of me so I had to wait. The thing was that they gave me a heads up and I knew what to expect. I had called several other places and they told me to bring it in and they would get to it right away, but when I let them know I only had an hour because I had an appointment afterwards they told me I should schedule it for another day. all three places like called said the same thing so it sounded like they like they wanted the business but we're going to keep me waiting longer. I appreciated the fact that Quick Align was up front.”

Because GEICO was being dumb about extending my rental, the folks here at Classic Collision did a rush job to finish my car up today so GEICO could calm its various parts. While it was here, I’d asked for a side job on my own dime but with the rush job on the main repair, they hadn’t had a chance to get to by the time the office was closed.Here I sit in their comfortably cool main office area to tell you that the goop they needed for the side job arrived 20 minutes ago and folks are staying late to get it done without my asking them to.You CAN NOT ask for better service than what you receive at Classic Collision in San Marcos. Their front desk and service staff are always phenomenal and the work on my car is guaranteed. As long as they stay in business, they will always be who I come to when accidents happen.Kudos for being epic, y’all. You rock. ?”

“Took my cart in for service. They tried to charge me for parts and work they didn't do. When I confronted the service manager he acted embarrassed cause he got caught. Blamed it on the mechanic. I did talk to a very nice woman in billing and she immediately refunded me for what they didn't do. She said she would have the owner call me... Never did. I wonder how many people were ripped off like this and didn't even know. Very dishonest people.UPDATE UPDATE. I have since spoken to the owner. He has assured me it was an honest mistake. They refunded me half the cost of parts and repairs and the cost of the battery and install. They made this right. I appreciate it. Like most businesses they are short staffed. Hopefully changes will be made.”
