“I visited the pharmacy at about 2pm and everything went fine. It wasn't busy at all which was nice. I'm used to the Kyle location which is fairly new and this Walgreens is in need of an update. It's just older looking and a bit worn down. The pharmacy staff have to manually lift up each security door for the windows and their working space is tiny. They're shoved into the back, right corner and could use some more space and updated surroundings. Other than that the store was fine.”

It was quick and easy, however I asked for the pharmacist to put it in writing for me to show to my doctor and he couldn't do that for me? So that was pretty much useless. Anyways, I was pretty frustrated. But I also needed to buy a couple things. Got up to the register and Paula changed the whole experience. She was so friendly and personable, totally brightened the mood and truly made going to Walgreens worth it. Give it up for Paula. SHE gets five stars.”
