“Was greeted by a friendly young lady when I arrived. Very professional and knowledgeable of my problem with iPad 9 screen. I was quoted a price to proceed with the repair. The tech kept me updated on the progress of the repair. They had an issue with the screen they had in stock and immediately ordered another one. They kept me updated on progress then a few days later said it was ready for pickup. Everything back to working as it should be. Price I was quoted at the start was price paid. Great customer service and will definitely return if and when needed”
