“I had my broken screen replaced at another phone repair store located in Walmart. Finally got the screen replaced but the next day discovered that the camera no longer worked. Took it back and was given excuses about having to wait 1 to 3 months for the phone to update. (had many other issues at that location as well!) Went to phone Geeks and they took the phone apart and discovered that the camera had not been connected during the screen replacement. Phone Geeks is definitely my phone repair store from now on. Great customer service! Wish I had gone there first!”

The warranty is 2 years at Batteries Plus vs. 6 months for the other one. I am in a wheelchair and they had me pull up by the store and carried the battery to my van, They also came out to get the core battery when I returned it. Excellent service!”
