Set up reservation for bmw or Audi class of vehicle 4 days in advance for a funeral in little elm. Scheduled pickup to have me on the road early by 10 am with a 10 am drop off in two days. The First Lady put me on the schedule and told me to call the location to verify. I called the location and another lady told me to call at 9:30 the day of the pickup to verify. I called 9:05 the day of and the gentleman said yes sir we'll see you at ten. 10:30 rolls around and I call and the gentleman said our driver is running late and is on his way. I finally got on the road at 11:30. Here's the real kicker. Since I did not have a credit card I was not able to rent an Audi or bmw car. I then asked why was my atm card hit for over 5 hundred bucks before he told me about the fine print, to which there was no good response. If this is a rule you should not be able to reserve a car unless the credit card is put on file to avoid these issues in the future, not to mention there was no Audi or bmw on the lot to be rented. I was down sold a Toyota corolla with the statement this one is way cheaper. I saved approximately 30 bucks by not getting a premium car. There was another customer being helped at the same time with the same issue and he had to have his wife come back and pick him up. I'm sorry to say this is the last time I will use enterprise.

if i could leave no stars i would. i had to wait 40 minutes for a SCHEDULED PICK UP THAT I CALLED TO CONFIRM and once i reached the office was informed all available cars are getting worked on at firestone? there was no information given to me prior not only did i miss an appointment and loose a deposit but also am stuck waiting another 30-40 minutes for a car and the best they can offer if “drive me home and get me when the car is available” I DONT TRUST YOUD REMEMBER!

I was not excited to be in a situation of having my vehicle in the shop and having a rental… but this location went above and beyond to help lighten the hassle of all that I had to deal with.This team was fantastic and made sure to secure me the proper vehicle for my needs and exuded excellent customer service from beginning to end.I called ahead and said I had my toddler with me and needed a ride to the dealership. They said no problem and even used the vehicle I was in so I didn’t have to pull the car seat out.Many thanks to you guys!

When I went to pick up the vehicle that I had reserved it turned out that the vehicle was more than what my credit limit was. This could have been a sad story however the Manager at Enterprise made sure that we were able to get the vehicle. The Manager worked with me long story short we were able to make our trip because of the kind hearted people at Enterprise. Thank you.
