The rental process was seamless; however, I used a credit card. It's my understanding that using a debit card may come with some hurdles so be aware. Drop off was easy as well

I rented a car in East San Antonio as I drove towards my destination I felt very unsafe in the vehicle. I stopped in this San Marcos, Tx location and Mr. Daniel Goudin took care of the situation immediately. Excellent customer service!!!!!

I had requested a truck for my rental and there wasn’t one available when I arrived.
Aaron at the San Marcos location went above and beyond to make sure we found a vehicle that would fit my needs.
He is an outstanding employee with excellent customer service skills.
