I went in for a tire change(on Easter might I add, where this man could’ve been sour because he didn’t get to spend it with his family but still chose Joy) I work dtwn Austin 2x week, really needing my tires to come in before Wed. Rene helped me order and I was able to get 2tires in next day and changed next day. People give what you give and as a customer you have the power to add to the workers day or take away no matter their mood in the midst of their day.
