“Jory at Express Care Valvoline provided outstanding service from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the service was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, and Jory truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend Jory and the team at Express Care Valvoline for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch service.”

“Connor and Tyler yield exceptional customer service in a timely manner. They fixed an array of issues I was having when I previously paid a 5 star reviewed mechanic to fix them which was not done. Connor and Tyler fixed the issues in my car and did it with a smile. Not all Jiffy Lubes are the same and I will travel from afar just to have these men work on my suv. Soo happy to write this review :))) great recommendations are hard time come by in this industry. Enjoy ?”

“Highly recommend this place for a fast and reliable oil change in New Braunfels! I stopped by Bradzoil 10 Minute Oil Change and was in and out in less than 10 minutes — seriously impressive. Sue Just provided outstanding customer service. She was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. They used Mobil 1 full synthetic oil, which gave me extra confidence in the quality of the service. She even checked my tires and made sure my vehicle was in great shape before I left. If you’re looking for a quick oil change, Mobil 1 service, honest work, and a great team in New Braunfels, this is the spot. No upselling, just quality work and great customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!”

“Good Customer Service, Relatively fast appointment (about an hour and a half), Easy App was able to reschedule and select whatever time worked best for me, Road Hazard Protection included with Walmart+, Only negative thing is that they overfilled my tires at 40 when they were supposed to be at 32 so may want to keep an eye on that.”
