“I have to say that I am very satisfied with the work on my vehicle. My car was out of commission for about a month. Needed some work done with the Radiator, AC, Tune Up, Oil Change and little extra. Every other shop in NB were out a few weeks due to cars being ahead of me. 4J was just about as busy but they were able to take care of my situation in 3 days!! It has been 2 weeks now and cannot believe how well my car is running. I will definitely be bringing my car back soon to get some minor issues fixed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

Not only did they perform quality service, they discovered a problem that had not been found before with previous mechanics and were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. “I came in for an oil change, and not only was service quick and done well, the rep came to my window to confirm what I wanted before getting started. He then priced it and confirmed it before proceeding with the oil change. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. As a female, many times I get told bad information by people who assume I don't know anything about cars--that has never happened here. I have never been surprised by cost or "did you know x was wrong with your car?" predatory tactics. 10/10 service”

“Went for a state inspection. Pro tip: Make sure your insurance card has expiration date on it. First come first serve - there was a couple people waiting in line in front of me, but they were handing out cold water bottles which was nice of them. The staff was overall very friendly. Stayed in my car the whole time.Cost was $7”

“The crew is always very nice and efficient. This time, however, they jumped the gun a bit. After draining my oil, they realized they did not have any conventional oil to refill the truck. My only options were to wait several hours for them to go purchase some conventional oil or upgrade to a more expensive oil ($27 more each oil change). Because I could not wait, I had to accept the more expensive product which I will have to continue to purchase as it is my understanding that once the upgraded product us in the system, it is unadvisable to revert back. The crew should double check their inventory before draining the existing oil.”

“It was quick and friendly service, only needed an oil change. I told them I had a 10.00 off coupon for oil change he said ok, but never took off the 10.00 and the balance on the receipt did not match balance on CC receipt so I had to drive back and question it.They did give me a 10.00 refund but the difference in CC credit card receipt was that it’s a CC use charge. I told them that they need to inform their customers of this charge and provide a different option to pay.”
