“Me and my boyfriend stopped by this weekend to shop for my new puppy, and Daniela the girl who helped us was absolutely amazing!! She gave us so much information about puppy food, supplements, and what to look out for if my puppy were to have a reaction. She gave us a sample of the puppy food that way we could try it at home. Scotty is obsessed with their peanut butter drops. We love that they are local and don't use big market products. It definitely made us feel way better about the food we are giving her. I can't wait to take her to get groomed because she deff smells like a stinky dog right now. Thank you Daniela for the excellent customer service.”

“This place came recommended to us by several neighbors and I can see why! Both of our doodles came home smiling and happy from their day at the spa :-) They do high quality work with attention to detail, and listen to what you would like. Our pup was pretty matted due to us waiting on our regular groomer who cancelled and then couldn’t get us in for some time, but they did a fantastic job with him regardless. I am so glad we found this place!”

“I think I first boarded my dog somewhere around 2005/6ish. My dog then had a great time and I've boarded again here recently after returning to the area. I've never had a complaint. It's family run and isn't any sort of fancy set up. It works great for me. I do understand that there are odd and strict hours, but again I've never had a problem. Recently I researched some other places, but they would charge an extra fee if you picked up after noon. Frandy Oaks charges by night so no matter if you pick up in the morning or afternoon you are not charged extra.”

“My wife bought me a gun cabinet from TSC for Christmas and after unboxing it I saw it was damaged. I returned it to the store and spoke with Sunny (not sure what her last name is). She didn’t have the same model I had but had another one which was a Winchester and it was a little bigger and better. After getting it home I realized the spare keys wasn’t with it (it has a combination too). Turns out the store didn’t have them either and in my opinion Sunny went above and beyond what a normal store sales person would do. She spent forever and a day on the phone with Winchester and made sure I got the keys. Sunny made this whole experience very pleasant.”

“I went there and they were very professional and helpful. They showed my husband and I around. They helped us later on with placing a dog. They were very kind. Ben Langford and the officer with him that day were amazing! They really care about animals and I'm glad the shelter has professional and compassionate people like these guys.
