“Great experience x 2! We utilized the self serve bath option! I'm not sure why I haven't gone here more often! All the supplies are ready! The mess stays with them! Wonderful idea! Just used the delivery option for food this week! Delivery fee was reasonable and food was delivered within a short time after ordering! This was awesome! My boy had good quality food delivered to his door!”

“I think I first boarded my dog somewhere around 2005/6ish. My dog then had a great time and I've boarded again here recently after returning to the area. I've never had a complaint. It's family run and isn't any sort of fancy set up. It works great for me. I do understand that there are odd and strict hours, but again I've never had a problem. Recently I researched some other places, but they would charge an extra fee if you picked up after noon. Frandy Oaks charges by night so no matter if you pick up in the morning or afternoon you are not charged extra.”

“I gave a call to the store at around 8:30 at night and spoke to Lauren. I was asking if five different seeds were in stock, and she had me hold and within a minute she came back said they have them all and she has them ready to check out. I mentioned possibly wanting doubles of some and said I was on the way. I showed up to the store a few minutes later and where was ready (with the doubles already prepared) at the register for me. I’m driving back home at 8:43. Give Lauren a raise!!!”

We got to the shelter close to closing time but they were still happy to let us meet him since we had come from an hour away and helped answer all our questions and clarify their adoption process. Every person we interacted with was so kind, helpful, and clearly cared about their dogs. We can't thank them enough for helping us find the newest addition to our family!”
