Notably, the office went above and beyond by providing a portable AC unit while repairs were made. Many residents recommend opting for a third-floor unit for the best experience at SYNC.
Apartment was promptly cleaned on move-in after my initial check-in, staff is quick to respond to requests and always willing to offer help, and maintenance is super helpful & fast (shoutout Izzy!).
