Mail/packages situation could be better.Communication about construction could be better as well.Apartment was uninhabitable during working hours for a couple of days due to construction.Construction crew uses power tools to saw things outside my window early in the morning”

“One thing I think we all know is apartment hunting is no easy task. Especially when you’re looking for student housing in San Marcos. The process of finding a home was made easy and professional by the front office at bishop square. More specifically the leasing agent Ellie was a great help. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Marcos this is the spot!”

“Today and all year so far the local downtown has put on lots of fun activities and events. Today they were giving away self care items and school supplies, and there was so much I didn't take one of each because it would be too much. I've been to multiple other events they've hosted such as a pumpkin carving pizza party, and canes and painting. They really go above and beyond with their community events. I hope they never stop! Additionally, they have finally fully built the pool! They're improving the place a lot this year! Look at this cute tote bag they gave me to put the self care goodies in.”

“We moved our daughter into the Cottages at San Marcos the summer before her sophomore year and we could not have picked out a better place for her to finish her time at Texas State. The few occasions we have needed to contact the office, we worked with an employee named Addie both times and she was an absolute delight to work with! The floor plans are roomy and her cottage feel like a home. Highly recommend!”

“Cabana Beach is very peaceful and quiet. Everyone here is nice and the staff at the office are super helpful for any questions or concerns you have. Cabana Beach is also very good about sending out updates of office hours and events going on. I have found it a very lovely place to live.”

He was very detailed and diligent in his tour which allowed us to have a full understanding of the apartment!”

“I’ve lived at the Curve for almost a year and I honestly love the community and the staff. The maintenance guys are awesome! They have been able to take care of the situation immediately no matter how big or small the job was.I also want to say Tori the manager is wonderful! She has always been available and helpful when needed. I have left bed in several of the complexes in the area and I actually feel at home here!!!!”

“I've lived here for over two years. The office and maintenance staff are amazing here. The apartments themselves are nice and the grounds are clean but what really sets this place apart is the staff that work here and their outstanding service whenever an issue comes up. I can't stress enough how nice it is to live at an apartment where the staff are friendly and always do their best to help out in a variety of situations. They are not paying me for this review lol, I genuinely just wanted to thank them publicly before I move.”

“We lived at the Palazzo for two years and were pretty satisfied with the apartment, the pools and the office staff. For most of our stay, maintenance was awesome. Always really quick to respond to any maintenance request and very respectful and knowledgeable. However for the last few months, after a new maintenance manager came on board, their service really slipped. Weeks would go by and we wouldn't have any response to maintenance requests. But honestly my biggest complaint would be the inconsiderate fellow tenants - leaving trash and dog poop everywhere. I feel like the Palazzo management needs to be a bit more strict with that type of tenant. Not sure how other complexes manage that type of thing but there has to be a way.”

“Live here for two years now and can really appreciate the Vistas location. So close to campus but you also have so many places around you with downtown in walking distances. Easy access to the river. A little pricy however, the benefits are great! Lovely staff at the front office, always hear my concerns and address it in a timely manner.”
“Super cute place to live - maybe the most attractive in San Marcos. We lived here for 3 years and moved out without any problems. Any time we had maintenance requests, they were solved quickly and painlessly. The office was always easy to contact. For the price, anything else wouldn't really be acceptable, but still: good job to staff there on site, and thank you.”
