“I moved into The Cottages a week ago, and I honestly can’t describe how much I love it here! From the very first tour, Phoebe, the Leasing Manager, was there to help me with everything. She personally gave me my tour, helped me through the leasing process, answered all of my questions, and even helped coordinate my move-in. When I picked up my keys, she came out to greet me and made the whole experience feel so effortless!
This is my first time living on my own, so I was definitely nervous, but Phoebe and the entire staff have been so welcoming and made me feel right at home. Move-in day was a breeze, and I’ve already attended a resident event and had such a great time! I truly can’t recommend The Cottages enough!”
“Management is great here. Whenever I had a concern, all I would have to do is submit a maintenance request and they take care of it. I did have an issue with the AC at one point , the refrigerant was always low and they would refill it but turns out a major part was the problem and they it replaced new… haven’t had an issue since. Also, law enforcement patrols the area at times which is also a plus since we have no gates and it makes the place feel safer. The apartments are affordable for the area and The river is walking distance ❤”

“LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Older apartment complex located downtown SAN MARCOS, walkable distance from the square, HEB and various restaurants and shopping. The complex has a parking garage with level access to your apartment which makes it convenient when moving or bringing in groceries, etc. The building is a bit old and in need of updates and repairs. However, when my daughter has submitted a work order maintenance quickly handles it.”
“Cabana Beach is very peaceful and quiet. Everyone here is nice and the staff at the office are super helpful for any questions or concerns you have. Cabana Beach is also very good about sending out updates of office hours and events going on. I have found it a very lovely place to live.”
“to anyone that's assigned to cypress or plan to live here for the semester for the first time trust me when I say this ! was a bit nervous and unsure because of the reviews but when I got to cypress and inside my apartment it was literally nothing like the reviews at all ! sometimes you have to experience things on your own tbh I really love cypress the maintenance guys work hard to keep it clean I mean me personally I loved it so much I didn't want to live no where else for my next upcoming semester . all in all I'll say our elevator sometimes go out but there is another elevator as well that work ! don't get discouraged by the reviews see things for yourself you might end up loving it !”
