“This location is exceptional!! I have rented from here before, but didn't initially this time because the location I had originally reserved from was closer and an easier drive to and from our new place. Then I had soooo many complications with that site, but Yvonne Andrews, Reservation Manager, made it sooo much better and found this location for me. I should've just done the extra mileage and reserved here first! Thank you Ranch Road Storage!”

“Yesterday, I was in the mobile app (returning the truck after hours) and it was not working properly. I went inside (Al's Mart) to get help. I explained that the Geo Positioner in the mobile app was not recognizing that location (tried 5 tx). We both called U-Haul (I got put on hold, she got through) and she got the run around so we then tried a different approach. She called her boss/owner {Al} and explained the problem. He had her take photos (inside,outside,gas level,miles) and send them to him. He completed my rental from his home. ?I well definitely use Al's Mart for my next moving rental. I apologize for forgetting her name ? Also, I was bringing my stuff from Dallas to San Marcos.”
