“I recently rented a truck from Penske in New Braunfels (picked it up at the Home Depot). Due to a mistake on the Penske website the rental didn't start out very well, but William Gray at the HD tool rental counter was great and even though he was really busy with walk in customers he spent a ton of time on the phone getting things taken care of. The regional managers at Penske (Jeff and Brian) also pulled out all the stops to make sure that I got the truck that I needed to complete my move. Kudos to everyone involved for going above and beyond. Good customer service is hard to find, but these guys are on it! #Penske #HomeDepot”

“Christine and Frank are great! They literally saved the day!I made a reservation days ahead of time at Enterprise. I showed up to pick up my rental car and was told they had no cars at all. I was there for over 2hrs and they still didn't have a vehicle for me. My husband was calling around while I waited. Budget got him all set up over the phone. It took only 10 minutes to get my rental once we made it through the door at Budget. It was fast, it was easy and it was less expensive then what Enterprise quoted me on almost the same vehicle. The return was super easy, no fuss. I would definitely use them again.”

“This was my first experience with budget. Because of my life and work, I have moved MANY times all over the country. I used UHAUL everytime. It was my go to. This time price was critical. “I have rented with this location 4 or 5 times over 5 years. The prices are very competitive. The trucks are not always the newest but have never broken down and the air conditioner has always worked. Booking through the website is easy and convenient. We have had some issues with billing but they always have taken care of me, just had to call a few times and discuss. For low cost rentals on large vehicles you can't beat Uhaul. Overall the employees here are down to earth friendly, and in this heat - that is exceptional!”
